Not sure, i know it's digital, but idk if it's progressive, it very well could be though.

It's not digital and I don't believe it carries a progressive signal.

Yea, you're right, my bad. It just separates the signal into different wires rather than one single lead in composite. For some reason just thought it was digital

That's D-SUB/VGA, analog high resolution.

It works for 480 video through my tivo's s-video port, though.
