right well i turned 17 on the 14th of march,

i bought myself a s reg mk2 renault clio, 1.2 litre with lexus rear lights and 15" rims well these ones http://www.tyrepitstop.com.au/_data/docs/wheels/superturism.jpg

paid £750 for it which i think is an extrwemely good deal, anyways its insured and im only on my provisional license at mo but insurance was £433 which i also thought was very good, n e ways thats all paid up and i get paid tomorrow 20th.

and im gonna buy a nice stereo system for it im looking at this http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/pioneer-deh3000mp-p-6311.html?cadid=b79d5478e581a3e7d161ab66929d82be as my head unit then

this as my amp and speaker package http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/fus...5.html?cadid=b79d5478e581a3e7d161ab66929d82be

and next month im gonna buy this http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/fus...3.html?cadid=b79d5478e581a3e7d161ab66929d82be

what you think ?

//////// now on a side note im not to great with car electronics never done much of it before, i think i have the basics covered id jus like to confirm if my stereo has 4 speaker outputs and my amp has 4 speaker outputs does that mean technically rom for 8 speakers ?

another thing what are the dangers of connecting 2 speakers to 1 output on the amp ??? as the amp has 4 channels but comes with 6 speakers ?

insurance for a year??
lowest quote ive got is like £1000 on a crap car and ive got a full license :(

yh im a named driver on my sisters insurance and she has 6 years no claims discount and the way they see it is i always have to be with a person with a full uk drivers license

you aint gonna get it any lower than that..

£1000 is a good price.. i was paying £1300 for a £400 daewoo.. ive had a full licence for 2 years, and im paying £1300 a year still on the seat..

yeah thats very true, i have tried getting a few insuracne quotes for myself independently when i have passed, £2300 so you have a very good price there, as i said i am on my sisters insurance, but after i have passed i will still be on my sis insurance jus go with some1 that lets named drivers earn no claims

well you'll put the ohm load to low and blow the possibly blow the amp, or atleast it will get hot fast and shut off alot as long as it has protection, but thats a big no no just hook up 4

direct line is the one you want then, thats who im with at the moment.. they let named drivers earn no claims.. hasnt worked out for me though, some stupid cow randomly stopped in the middle of a roundabout with nothing coming round it, so im not gonna get my no claims this year.. but direct line do that..
