Well i saw this on tv the other day and i actually laughed at the way they ripped the piss out of google so easily

its kinda funny but if you think about it its pretty agressive marketing towards google that
so ASK are going head to head with google now then

yeah but i love googles simple interface, its fast to load on a slow connection, and you can search images and stuff separately.

oh yeah i like google as well its simple and what i have always used , but i think thats pretty agressive marketing just picking google out like that
only upside to the ask thing is you can check to see if page is loaded with them stupid porno adverts before you click it

very agressive, but no way will it be close to enough, the way google searches is totally different, and is the best way to find things. and there spell check is amazing, out of all the searches ive misspelled, i cant think of one that the single suggestion came back different from what i wanted

oh yeah i agree i always use google mainly cos it would be far too hard to change to a different search engine now cos i instinctively just go google for everything in fact i used google to find ask cos i didnt know if there was an ask.co.k and so i just used google google is a household name now and ask have realised that and had to bring out some dirty marketing tactis to get used
