So how are you folks in the states feeling now that the FCC has officially put Net Neutrality to bed?

It's too early to know what the effect will be. There are already companies like Google that will be filing lawsuits and such to try and block it.

Does anyone else they wished they worked for a politicians ISP so they could "trial a tiered service offering"

I suspect that testing the extremes of bandwidth throttling and traffic shaping on these guys would soon get things back on an even keel!

I don't think it is a problem in its own. I think what could be a problem is what kinda stuff gets blocked.
