NES and SNES controllers

No, it's not possible. Look on how many buttons and stuff on the NES compared to the SNES. There is fewer buttons on a NES button than on a SNES. Ding the conversion to such adapter will not work. They tried, I'm sure, but I know it didn't work. Button combos differs, so will the inputs.

No, you can't do it, the snes controller has 4 more buttons, than the nes controller. Look around on ebay, they are real cheap, you could pick one up for a couple bucks.
