I believe that the buyer is saying that the item us not as described so proof of postage is meaningless.

I didn’t fight my way to the top of the food chain to be a vegetarian…

This ^^^

When you sell a pc with preinstalled software you are supposed to send all install discs and product keys with it, and if it was a retail copy with a genuine key then there shouldn't have been a problem.

The software wasn't pirated was it?
