Need some ideas for new movies to watch

the Underworld trilogy...

a good all around HBO series with action (comedy and drama as well) is Rome, it's basically the Roman times version of Forest Gump and it's not excessively long for a series, it's only two seasons...

For action movies have you seen the Bourne movies? Bourne Identity, bourne supremacy, bourne ultimatem, Pulp Fiction, swordfish, Boondock Saints, The score, The transporter (series), Fight Club, Se7en, the departed just to name a few

Gangster/drug movies Goodfellas, Casino, Blow, Requim for a dream, Scarface

Man there is/was so many good movies

Forgot about the Bourne Series. Saw the first 2 - will see the 3rd now. Also since they are making Boondock Saints 2 - I'll watch the first one. Never seen all of Fight Club - will check it out. Scarface - definately on the list now.

Good movie in general that you have to see before you die: Shawshank Redemption

You want action comedy... Every single Arnold Schwarzenegger movie ever made. Cammando, True Lies, Raw Deal, Kindergarten Cop, Terminator...

Some damn good movies: American History X, Fight Club, Boondock Saints, Smokin Aces...

I can't believe so many people like the Hangover... I didn't like it that much. To be honest, I haven't seen a good comedy lately... All the new ones are the same. A couple funny things, but mostly stupid drinking and sex shit. Macgubber looks OK though.

Shawshank Redemption -- on my all time top 10 list (saw it many times)
I am Legend -- saw it in theaters. Loved it.
