Need To Repair Ipod Library Quick!

Well I brought my iPod so we can watch movies so I downloaded yamipod which was a HUGE mistake because all the library files are gone but the files are actually on my iPod, so if you can help me out I need someone to PM me.

It requires downloading/uploading something.
