Need advice for custom racks for server

Hi all,

I'm here to get suggestion for custom-designed rack mounts. There are few issues in the oem racks that we are using for the Dell servers in my office. Sometimes the racks will have vibration and sounds are also coming from it. The only noticeable vibration is at the door. The ground level and the basement look perfect.

I discussed with one of my friends and he suggested me to contact a sheet metal fabrication company in Toronto to customize the racks or design a new one that suits for the servers. Has anyone tried? Please share your experience. Waiting for your reply.
