Personally I (Damn edit) would NOT buy a computer from any of the larger stores, such as Asda, Tesco, PC world etc.

And definately I would stay away from places like Dixons, and Comet.

Your friend should be able to take it back, if it is not what he wanted, and they have to accept that, you have a 14 days period where it can be returned.

I personally buy most of my stuff online, and use places like this, or the message boards on the site where I am buying from to ask any questions. Or for me off to the local computer fair, I love that place.

lol my pcs from currys hehe. only got it from there as parents dont like buying online and buying pc parts from shops would be expensive and a pain
