i have no idea, but with him, anything is possible. once he lost his phone because on of his friend's dogs took it in to the backyard

Haha, that sucks. I never loose things myself, sometimes maybe, if its something I havent used in 3-4 years, but I can still usually remember where I put it. My parents loose my things all the time!!! I will put something on the counter that they are supposed to see, come down after they get home, and its gone, so I ask, and they have no clue...
Loosing the ticket is nothing. If you go down to the court house to pay your tickets they can pull it up online without even having the tickets so it's not a big deal. Hel, you can even pull them up online. Just go to the county he got the tickets in website and do a search on his name.
