I agree but I have never yet seen anyone post 200 posts a day without any of them being able to be considered spam

I think its rather difficult when we have threads like Random Chit Chat and Funny Pics etc to make every single post mean something

post count isnt an issue to me neither is popularity, you either post or not like or dislike aslong as the content is is of good clear precise wording nothing else matters.

The problem is how some of his posts resemble chat room conversations. Posting random and useless thoughts that don't contribute to the original thread. Especially when they're found in almost every new thread posted.
