MSN Buddy virus or something

Yeh, my msn has that annoying buddy thing which sends itself to all my contacts, whats the best way of getting rid of this?

Says to remove it with a virus scan!

If you use trendmicro, I suggest that you first turn of system restore as these things try to hide in the protected files
