Default Motorolla Verizon Cable Reciever

Found this at the end of my drive way this morning, I went out for a bike ride and saw it, along with the verizon truck next to it so I just thought in my mind "dropped your box." However, hour passes and I return, no truck, box is still there. Score? Anyone know about fees with this? I didn't subscribe but if I power it up and plug it in do they send fees to my house / know I'm using it?

I don't think your going to get any connection. Cause they aren't sending a signal to your house.

A cable modem is useless without connection from the ISP. You can buy cable modems anywhere. Some of the Motorola Surfboard modems are quite proficient with modem hacking.
