like 9 minutes... I'm not good at running... or being strong, but I'm in pretty good shape, and about %10 body fat (which is like an a- or b+) so I'm happy. I'm pretty skinny and tall too, so I really don't care.

i only really tried once last year, and that was when i was outta shape, i think i got a 8:30, i could probably shave a min. off if i tried harder and got in shape, i ran a rough mile in probably 6:30 during wrestling when i had one of those days where you feel unstopable

fastest ive seen it ran is 6:06, our school record is 5:04,

I got 7 on the dot last year, but I'm tall, skinny, about 3-5% fat, and about 160 pounds, so running isnt bad for me. Not that I like it, lol.
My friend carlos can run it in about 4:12 I think is his record. Some kid at the Jr. high just beat his record up there tho, which was 5:33, now its 5:28. So we have some decent runners, but as a team, not so great.

ill have a go on monday when i go to my sis lil gym.

on my treadmill does any1 know how many meters are in a mile ? i could probably google it but i think its more sociable this way.

the top speed on their is like my mid sprint but i dont think i wonna go any faster than that for a mile jog so i should be ok.
