Default Microsoft silverlight?

anyone ever heard of it? im no its to make websites but i don't no y it won't even boot up, can some one help me?

i have windows xp professional with sp2 and im using fire fox 2.0.0.12

What does he mean when he can't boot up?

Has this anything to do with the operating system or Silverlight itself?

Ive installed it thinking it was a new windows update BUT I HAVE NO IDEA what its done or noticed any changes, it says its to do with your browser but what I dont know.

Microsoft Silverlight is like an alternative to the Adobe Flash software, it's for things like videos and little in-web games etc, it's not an update to the OS, simply a browser add-in...More Info Here:

yea but ur supoosed to be able to crete websites and stuff with it, but when i run the exe my computer goes busy for a minute then stops, no change what so ever.i even asked at the silverlight.net forums and got no hlp.....
