Default Microsoft looking for bounty hunters

Microsoft has a $250,000 (172,000) reward for anyone that provides information leading to the arrest of those responsible for the Downadup/Conficker virus. I understand why Microsoft would want to catch those responsible, but I was shocked to see such a high price tag.

Yeah I thought it was a little odd because they've never done something like that before

It may not be a lot of money for Microsoft, but it still is a very substantial amount for any private business to put up for a bounty. I think they're banking on someone who knows who did it to step up and tell for the reward.

Pretty pathetic... I mean, sure you can sue him and possibly get a sentence... but what's done is done, nothing you can do will change that...
