I don't think you eat carp, their considered a garbage fish.

Their very common up here, but you DO NOT try to purposely catch carp in Canada.

i kno ppl that eat mudfish!! The only fish we have in our ponds ( i have 2 on my property spring feed) Is large and small mouth bass,specle perch, and catfish.

you can eat carp but is very hard. what we do is let it soak in the tub so all the nasties get out of it and then cut it up and boil it then deep fry. it makes it semi edible or use em as coyote bait.

yeah, catch and release, the only fish i keep are sea fish and trout..

yeah, thats basically the only way to eat carp.. trout are alot better to eat than carp, the only people that eat them over here are the polish immigrants who steal them from the lakes...
