Yeah thats what I was thinking. I have my A+ already, so I'm debating if I should go ahead and get the MCDST cert as well.

How do you become certified?...
Do you have to go to a special school or something that offers the course?
Or is it something you can do from home?

Like any other microsoft cert, you go to a testing center and write the exam.

You don't have to go to a special school for it, but it helps to take a class on A+. A lot of colleges now offer A+ training courses. You don't have to because there are A+ manuals and books you can read on your own for PC troubleshooting, etc. In the end, the certification test at posted test centers, is what gets you that A+ title.

A+ is easy as hell, if you know anything abut computers no reason to go to a special school
