LOST DISC'S(they've done it again!!)

If the guy at CompUSA can back up a PC, why can't these guys back up their CD's?

its not the data they lost, its the fact that it may fall into the wrong hands

its the US equvalient of tens of thousands of social security numbers being put on a disk, then the disk being lost lost. we still know the SS numbers but what if some guy found the CD and sold each SS number.
