Long and high jump

For any one who dose track and feild, how high can you high jump and how far can you long jump?


I'm 14 and I can long jump 15.1 feet and high jump 4.2(which is bad).

I hate field events lol. I run distance though, 4:55 mile, and 2:10 800. And this is my freshman year.

WOW, thats a great mile time for a freshman; a senior at my school can do the 2 mile in 9:17

i can jump about 2 metres, i know not far

I walked the mile in freshman P.E. I did bad things back then that resulted in me not being able to run long distances.

im crap at athletics + field events, i think my PR for high jump is 90cm my PR for long jump is about 1.8m, not bad as far as im concerned

Well i suck at every sport, but i ticked 18feet for long jump because thats good
