As far as i am concerned you can discuss NON copyrighted file downloading .....but we all know that's not going to happen.

well is asking how to increase my torrent speed bad? its at .6 kb/s im not mentioning anything copyrighted lol

Wait till they come online or when you are choosing your NON copyrighted files to download make sure you pick the file with the most seeds.
