what are some clear liquids that do not conduct electricity
besides mineral oil?
(can not short out electronics)
googles giving me crap

De ionsed water shouldnt conduct electricity . But if its dissilves certain things of the components then it will start to , i thought vegetable oil dosent . I think toms hardware did a veggie oil pc cool
