I knew potatoes could hold electrical charge otherwise I wouldn't have believed it (http://www.miniscience.com/projects/PotatoElectricity/) but how can it actually process a command thats the part I don't get.

I'm pretty sure a potato has absolutely no processing power, even if you give it an electrical charge and stick a flash drive in it.
