well they give you 2 choices one that say "Yes I Will" and another saying "No I Will Not".

you have to check the bubble to "No" unless your cannot download the program. so if you click "Yes" the ok button at the bottm will go unhighlighted and not clickable.

I would just use limewire, they probally track your Ip address and come to your house lol
