hmm. i see normal drivers with L plates (obv just taken their son/daughter to school or something) which is illegal apparently, which is why they had to take them off my instructors car once i passed and was doing pass plus, but i still see things like that all the time. havent heard of anyone getting caught for having them on when they shouldnt/not at all
