putting their desktop as a background and hidding all their icons is a timeless classic...
pressing shift five times is sure to annoy anyone,
swap mouse buttons...
hide documents.
turn on disability contrast options...
insert curse words into peoples work...

Now, I'm into a firm habbit of hitting windowkey+L each time I stand up... (and locking my office door!)

I think Microsoft has a BSOD screensaver that you can download.

I always press CTRL + ALT + DELETE than Enter

I did that exact same thing once, priceless...
Have you guys seen the prank .exe's? Let me see if I can find them real quick, some were pretty funny. Thing is, Microsoft recognizes them now and puts up a prompt so you have to launch it without the person knowing.

My personal favorites are copy cursor and "tip of the day" haha. That one sounds like a real feature Windoze might have.

i did that once at school , my IT teacher was so confused he called the IT technicians but as we where waiting for them to come i restored it back to how it was and then he was even more confused

yeah, i have done that one before... another good one is to capture a screen shot of the BSOD or know as the (blue screen of death) and make it a wallpaper on someones computer...after moving all their shortcuts to the my docs folder.then lock the comp.
