Thats cool but as others have said its a bit small. I use Nero Photo Snap to crop photo's myself but there are several programs that you could use.

I think there should be a place in are profiles to upload a photo. As is they just have the photo gallery and that is massive. Heck if you want you could even crop it with paint.

If you can't figure out how to do it just upload the full image and put it in the thread and I can crop it for you. Microsoft Office picture will also crop the photo.
