i need something like this....

why do i need it you ask...you know i am obbsessed with star wars....

the best replica i can find is from blast tech, but it isnt right....

here is a shot of a little comparison i did in 5 min

see what i am saying?

i looked everywhere...but no one has any good ones, they just dont look the same, they all basically loo like the blast tech one.

look at the picture, in the clamp, is the connectors

the lightsaber handle is made from a 3 cell graflex camera flash gun, a secoind button was added almost directly below the first, a strip of chrome mylar tape (in the bueaty props they had textured tape but in that pic it isnt textured) soemthing like that was taped on the clamp to cover up the word graflex, and the prop community isnt sure of what the grips were. some people belive they were like t-tracks for like cubbards, or windhsield wipers for a tank.... o ya and the dring at the bottom, was a Linhof-Kobold metal plate thing, flipped over, put a d ring inside, and rivited down.

and in the clamp was put a hp44 bus connector car

you can read all about it and the variations and such at this awesome site.

now dont get this confused with the A New Hope Model, the ANH model had a calculator led bubbles things in the clamp, a single hole dring,

and a glass eye where the second button is on the Empire Strikes Back version.

this is the a new hope saber

these are the drings of ESB, from left to right, not flipped and screwed down, flipped and rivited down
