How often do you post/lurk CF?

Just curious to see the spread on our current members.

edit: I've been logging on every 2-3 days, but I have only checked for messages and quickly glanced on the Social Lounge. Probably spending 30 minutes a week here, which is a shame because the content here is really good.

a decent amount for me. as its always on a tab somewhere on my desktop, or on one of my tabs on my Dolphin HD web browser on my droid.
