install a open source os.
read. code. read some more. code some more.
(sure.. you can learn on windows, its just, well slow.)

unless you mean hacker in the pop media sense...
dont even bother. by merely asking youve proven yourself most likely incapable.

you could become a script kiddie though, but if thats the case then if i ever meet you, you had better hope you can run faster then me ;\

But obviously an Open-Source one would be cheaper.

last thing someone should do unless you are already in that field is learn how to hack. In my opinion, unless you are willing to fully learn all in and outs before actuate trying it might result in more trouble then you hoped fore.

I do have to admit, the field of hacking did always interest me ad well. I remember having to play this game, think its has called hacking or hacker lol. Fun game and actually feels like a real thing. Should google it.
