Im 5'10" and wiegh 170Lbs right now I was worse off when I did run the mile the last time I did it.

Can't remember how much I weighed then, never owned a scale!

I run the mile in around 8 mins, not too good not too bad. I run the 50 yards in 7,6. Average again.

I like sports like tennis were you only run short distances. I hate athletics takes to much stamina and pateince for me. And if you want to be good you have to train which i also hate.

I love running distance. Sprints are of no intrest to me. There is too much pressure are the start, everything is very uniformal and standard.. In distance, it's a bit more flexible.

Tennis is fun... I prefer Badminton or Squash though.
