How do you make a Youtube video?

I dont have a webcam OR a video recording camera, but I see youtube videos ALL the time of just slide shows....Like for example : They will be playing Ac/Dc- Back in black audio with just a slide show of random band pictures or something...All the how-to's Ive seen they say you need some kind of recording device. Looks like all they used was Microsoft Powerpoint.....Any input would be appreciated! Thanks

They used windows movie maker. Very easy to figure out.
