It's ok... but I do also prefer the old one... but, as with CF, I'll get used to it...

geek_gal asking a really really noobish question yet again...

What *is* steam? I mean ive heard a little about it about the skins and all, i was nearly gunna get a skin that was customised for it but whats the point when i wouldnt have a clue what it is!...Is it some type of game?

Steam is a program that launches any game Valve makes like half life 2, counter strike source... Most games you have to put a CD in to play. with steam you don't because it gets what it needs over the internet. it's good because no CD is needed but if you don't have internet you can't play your games.
