Ok Im currently a Junior member,how do you get to Member,guru,then Moderator,And what rank do you have ot be to have a custom avvie?

junior member = 50 posts
members = 100 posts
senior member = 500
guru = 1000

moderator = does not depend on post count or even the fact that you want to be mod. You get chosen on your attitude towrds the forum, helpfullness, respect etc

Hey I remember when I first joined I asked this same question HeHe its cool though and yeah its hard to be picked to become mod lol

I was lucky I guess, I was made mod whilst I was a junior member, six weeks after I joined, 14 months ago.
My advice is, be squeaky clean, have patience, get to Guru, you then have limited powers, seems a good time to put a toe in the water, & if there's a mod vacancy, apply for it.

Oh, & don't make posts just to build up to Guru, mods will spot what you're doing.
