Default high quality vid from my new cam

i just did that quickly in my backyard today and yes, i know it is too blue because i didnt set the white balance correctly.

I upscaled to 720p. Tell me what you think of how the picture looks from my cam (look in my other thread to see the cam).

edit: keep in mind, the cam is not HD, its standard definition.

edit 2: another vid, properly white balanced this time

Agreed. The quality is awesome. I would have to say I was more interested in your dogs than in the quality of the image lol. +1 for the dogs.

lol thanks

the thin one with pointy ears is a seppala siberian sled dog, and the chunkier one with floppy ears is a border collie mixed with australian cattle dog.

Wow, that's incredible for a standard def. camera.

How much did that set you back? If you don't mind me asking..

1600 used with a kickass camera bag

its a panasonic ag-dvx100b

alot of tv stations use it as news gathering cameras for journalists who dont want to carry those big shoulder mounted ones, and the camera is used quite a bit as a backup camera in a bunch of big name movies as it also films in 24p, which is the frame rate of film.

Wow, I wouldn't spend that much, but I'm not into videography. I assume that's a decent price and that you'll put it to good use.
