My computer keep restarting itself saying that theres a ram problem when i know it s virus ive tried everything, It also says beggining memory dump. memory dump complete on the bottom any one got any ideas. Mind ive tried the basic delete temp files even re-installed windows nothin works.Thanks

You have a memory problem.

If you have multiple sticks, try one at a time. You could also run Memtest86+ to test them.

If they are new or still under warranty, you can get replacements.

Well if he removes his memory sticks and just uses a single module, he may be able to get it boot up if it is in fact a memory issue.

Umm ghostFL. . .

You create a bootdisk with Memtest that runs in DOS so you can test the memory. The computer is starting, but blue screens giving him the memory error.

Oh, cool. I was under the impression his computer booted on then shut down. I've never had the problem. Lol
