That doesn't look like a true HD DVD player. The "Upscaler" kind of hint that. I say, it's not worth it.

It's just a regular DVD player that has the ability to upconvert DVDs to HD resolutions.

It'd be better on a HD TV, than a standard DVD player, if the upscaler hardwares any good.

I would invest ina real HD-DVD player, the upscalers arent great. I watched a bit of 300, the HD version on my computer, because I had the 1080p file. I had to try it. Anyway, it looks AMAZING!!!! So if you have an HDTV I would recommend an HD-dvd player, and if any of you have never seen a true 1080p film or anything, check it out on your computer even, it looks amazing!!

hmmm i might get this then actually for only £30.

it will do till i get a job and buy a true HD DVD player.

so coz its not real HD does it mean it wont play HD disks but it will play normal DVD's and increase the quality of them
