We decided not to cook today. Instead yesterday after I got my neck injections we stopped by a well known restaurant for turkey dinner plates. My sis knows about it and patronizes it.

My first time there and beside the usual turkey, dressing and gravy I have a choice of three sides. My mouth is watering. :D

I'm going to wait till after lunch to eat it.

We had to cancel our family dinner due to several people having the flu this year. I went ahead and cooked us our own Thanksgiving last night. I fixed a spiral sliced ham, ranch potatoes, spiced green beans, rolls, and a pumpkin pie dump cake.

Yesterday, I made a chocolate cream pie and a cherry cheese cake for our TG desserts. We also have all the fixings (turkey, stuffing, 2 kinds of potatoes, corn, asparagus, cranberry sauce and dinner rolls) for a complete turkey dinner but (as mentioned in another thread) our Thanksgiving festivities are on hold right now since our pregnant daughter is currently in the hospital and could have her baby anytime.
