I can go on all night (morning) explaining but the bottom line there is an uninstall.

If you want to know more email me. If your afraid to use the unistall then you'll have to find another way to get rid of it. There is no spy ware that can - at least not yet. If your running xp you can use system restore if you haven't had this for too long.
