Default Hacking windows (or whatever)?

So how do you do this thing where you change what the Start Menu button says? I've been wondering for a while.

Ok the only problem is when i use Windows Blinds my start button still says start lol. But when i go back to XP it says DotCong. How do i change it for Windows Blinds? Or how do i hack Windows to make the toolbar and all that stuff black?

umm you gotta change the settings in windowblinds for the start menu i think lol.

yeah, lot's of different types of programs out there that can change the name of things in windows...i have seen ones that let you change the name for the recycle bin, as well as the start button, just about anything that windows gives a name can be changed.
