Groups?

I noticed when looking at someones profile it says, "SoAndSo does not belong to any public groups."

This brings 3 questions:

1. Are their any secret groups on CF secretly controlling not only our society but in fact the events of the entire world?

2. Are the groups an active function of this website?

3. If they are an active function on this website, how do i create a group? i want to create the Cool Kids Clique, where i only let in a certain amount of people and exclude everyone else and make them feel bad about themselves. Mwahaha.

Groups are like, moderators, or administrators, you can set specific groups to be hidden, and set them to have certain powers.
