www.donotcall.gov - for those in the US.. all you have to do is provide your phone number and email address and they will put you on a Do Not Call list.
whenever they cal i just inturrupt them and say "let me ask you a question...are your parents proud of what you are?" and then they are like "uhhhh" and then i hang up lol
