Oh and I have a 8400 which I plan to trade out soon but what is a safe OC to be at so it doesn't mess with the computer but it gets a slight performance lead. I was wondering alos what is a godd ATI CARD I am only familiar with nvidia and want to know what is one that can run as good or better than an 8500 GT anr 8600.

Gotta agree, COD4 is fun. UT3 isn't bad either.

Are you looking for a new card from ATI? I don't know too much about their lower end, but the 3850's are better than the 8600GTS.

Yeah, I agree, the 3850s are great cards. And as for FPSs, COD4 is awesome and Bioshock is pretty cool too, but you would need a new card like the 3850 to play that.

Not sure about needing a new card for COD4. My friend has an 8400 and plays it, but I have no idea how well. My other friend is on a 6800GS and plays it smoothly at 1680x1050.

I'd say COD4 is a safe bet.
