Default Good High School dance music?

One of my classes, multimedia journalism is hosting a dance to raise a little money for our equipment. I was given 3 CDs full of music that was selected by one person to use for the dance. The bulk of it is Rap. One Nirvana song, one Rage song, that's about it... I need to throw some more in there... like 4 slow songs for the night, and some goofy stuff too... One song I am going to add of course is, "What is love" by Haddaway. Any other recomendations?

Put some random foreign song in there. Numa Numa! Or put this . Don't forget to put the video so the girls can learn how to dance Brazil style.

I heard "Great DJ" by The Ting Tings at a party once. Try that.

All right, I'll try your suggestions. There is some version of Rhiana song I think that starts out like Numa Numa, lol.

I think I will throw one Rage song in, Wake Up AKA Matrix Theme. Killing in the Name of has too many swears... lol

How bout some Red Hot Chili Peppers? Think they would be ok? Suck My Kiss or All Around the World?

Put in some techno like Showtek, Tiesto, Angerfist and Ganjaguru.

Angerfist = Hardcore (very hard-type music)
Showtek = Hardstyle (good for parties)
Tiesto = Trance (good for some slow but nice beats)
Ganjaguru is also good

Angerfist and Tiesto rock. Throw DJ Hixxy and Darren Styles in there too.

Couldn't agree more.

Tiesto has dance, trance, harddance, electro
