what video card is in it? That is the real indicator of how well that system will game
 
As said above the graphics card is a hugely important factor here. Can have a good set of other specs and still be shit.
 
Without knowing the graphics card it's pretty hard... However, I would throw in another GB of RAM, if everything is fine in the graphics department.
 
Post your GPU spec. I think your PC would be able to handle most games in mid or low-mid settings (excluding the ones that require high-end performance like Call of Duty or Crysis).
