Honsetly the daughter some a few pics/videos of gay porn for a few seconds. Walmart refunded themoney (apparently letting them keep a zune for free) and gave them 25 buck gift card.

I see no problem in the situation in my eyes it has resovled, seeing a few seconds of gay porn isn't going killy ou.

Meh, I doubt it was Microsofts fault.
This could have happened with anything with a large enough disc drive and video playback.

Whats stupid is the fact that they didn't check it was a properly closed box, to show it wasn't a refurbished model, and so not VOID.

Not really. It depends on the store. For some places, refurbished means checking if it still operates correctly, and if it does they put it back on the shelf. Hardly any places actually check the content because it just takes too much time and work.

Hmm... It seems more logical, and legally safe to just go into the settings, and reset it though...

You can't. There isn't any option to completely wipe off all the content just from the menu. Trust me, I have a Gigabeat S and the Portable Media Center software is just like the Zune's but not as modified. You can reset the player to it's default settings, but you can't erase any loaded content.

I guess this is going to get fairly common, because a lot more mp3 players are being sold... Kinda like cell phones, people get rid of their cell phones, have naked pictures of them or someone else on there...
