Sorery for double post, but if you can't trust your kid(s) (this isn't directed towards anyone, just banter) to be on a computer, you need to hgave a serious talk with them because kids these days will find out that you have a restriction, and chances are if you are choosing to block your children from the full experience of anything that will only give you what you ask of it, (this includes console, computers, and toys alike) because they are doing something bad, or knowingly exposing themselves to something not appropriate, they shouldn't have it. If it's a family computer, buy a darn firewall, you shouldn't be looking at pornographic materials or anything too violent if you have kids to raise anyways. The only time you'd need a restriction is if it was a public computer (excluding family use), and once again, you can buy a firewall for that. The restrictions on windows won't allow you to use google images at my school, yet I could go to google and type in images on the search, and follow a direct link right to the images, and even had the ability to turn off safe search. I can do that, yet I can't right-click ANYTHING.
