Question GA-EP35-DS3R or DFI DK P35-T2RS Help me choose plz

Well after numerous posts from what you & other people told me, I think it finally camed down to GA-EP35-DS3R & DFI DK P35-T2RS. I was also considering the Abit IP35 Pro, but I found a few bad reviews about the heatskink and I think I will scratch it from my list. I dont know anything about overcloking, but I am willing to learn, I like to read computer forums . The big question now is, should I go for GA-EP35-DS3R or DFI DK P35-T2RS. I will be using Q9450 & some Fast DDR2 4G Ram

FSB 1333/1066MHz
Memory Standard DDR2 800

FSB 1600 (O.C.)/1333/1066MHz
Memory Standard DDR2 1200 (O.C.)/1066

I assume I can @ the RAM of DK P35-T2RS to 1066+? I don’t really care what comes in the box, because I guess I can purchase all the parts separate if i need something that the other have. So what ya guys think? DFI DK P35-T2RS or GA-EP35-DS3R ???

Ops wrong section, can a mod plz move this to General Computer Hardware And Software section.

Thank you
