I am not to fimilar with the new gmail and I was wondering why some many people want to sign up and stuff. I have heard lots of talk about it. What is so good about it?

Well it offers 1GB of space but I think there is just a lot of hype about it and everyone wants an account.

OK cool I would rather have my email that I have now because I host it on my server so I have about 70GB of space for emails instead of only 1GB like with gmail.

Yeah - self hosting ones are much better. And you can use hosts from your hosts to read the e-mails from anywhere on the internet too if you don't have a Pop Client on that PC.

Personally the less people with Gmail the better
